Argo conquest 1998

I have a 1998 Argo Conquest.
I went to start it yesterday and it it turned over a few times and did not start.

Then all of a sudden there was not power to anything.
I tried to jump it and it still did not work.
I checked all the fuses and connections and I still could not get it started.

Most of the shops around me are booked out two week.

Does anyone have any advice for me to potentially fix the issue?
 
do you have a volt meter?
or a 12v lightbulb (like a parking light bulb and socket with wires) and holder with pigtails ???
use it to check power
