Generator up on the bench do a rebuild.

Duplicated the OE wiring in advance. F goes to the small wire upper on the gen and D goes to the lower one.

Will replace the radiator hoses and water pump I have been sitting on as well.

Water pump comes off with the radiator in and could prob assemble but going to remove for ease of assembly and generator reinstall.

Got the wrong upper hose. More research needed here:(

Got the generator and wiper motor back. Only error was guy missed the note to leave the patina as is;( on the generator so Kitten got some nail polish at the spa.

Fan blade torques to same spec as water pump. New fan belt installed and adjusted.

Lower radiator hose is OE Ford Anglia 100E with a little trim 1/2” of so on the radiator side. The upper hose and water outlet on this not OE.

The thermostat outlet is off a Perfect 105E and mounted 180 from OE which faced rearward. Not sure why the OE 100E water neck didn’t work on this one.

Friends across the pond at Small Ford Spares noted the radiator seems to be mounted higher up than the Anglia. That could explain a universal hose but not the rear facing 105E outlet.

Tucker mystery.

That’s what was on it upon acquisition. The water neck on this one is off not an anglia 100E but a ford perfect 105E and reversed 180.

That being said, no idea how or what it got like this?
