Yep! It's a multi-year, renewable performance contract and according to the RFP it can be subcontracted. With creative
subcontracting not only won't I have to do anything physical myself, the stuff that's gathered can be re-packaged and
sold to gardeners as organic fertilizer. I'll make a bloody fortune!

I'm working on a deal to encircle DC w/ wind generators. I figure they should run at peak output 24/7/365 off the hot air. Probably will power most of the northeast.
