No, not EVERY day, anyway (me thinks the school marm would balk at the sight of my .... oh never mind).

Back on topic. When I was young(er), I had an odd form of migraine wherein my right eye would not adjust to removal of light and I would lose all night vision except the periphery and in the absolute middle (picture a doughnut of darkness). The neurologist (after a CT scan) simply told me to relax a bit. I did, and it largely went away.
 
I saw a dr. of nutrition on tv last week. He said tylenol was the biggest cause of liver failure right now. He said even the government had admitted it in their studies. He said it and /or NyQuil mixed with alcohol can cause liver failure in as little as three days. Some bad stuff Tylenol and NyQuil.

Yup, it's pretty well known that you don't mix acetaminophen and alcohol (ironic, given that Nyquil has both).

According to Ted you don't need to be drowning in it to effect you. He says stay away from it ...and use aspirin if u have to. He has seen a lot of cases in over 30 years of practice so take that for what it's worth.

The over use of any OTC and prescribed meds aren't a good thing Dur.
I would agree with you that aspirin is safer for pain.

When I get a cold, all I use is a nasal spray for the congestion, and some aspirin for aches and pains.
If I have a sore throat, I suck on Sucrets-- treating each symptom individually instead of taking a concoction that's going to knock me on my ass.
I also up my C with rose hips and drink a ton of water.

Yup. Nasal spray and NSAID's (ibuprofen) for me too. A shot of warm, spiced rum, doesn't hurt either.
