What a difference a year makes

I rent a shop to a couple of Dominican guys. Last Christmas they couldn’t speak a word of English, not a word.

I haven’t talked to them all year. Went into their shop this evening and wished them, “Feliz Navidad.” They responded with, “Happy Merry Christmas.” They had big smiles and we conversed in understandable English.

I have that problem with just about everybody. White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, they all look the same to me (can't remember names either).

But these are the same guys.

Best way to recognize and remember someone is to build a personal relationship........................................... like money.
