U. California students remove offensive American flag from 'inclusive' space

The Associated Students of University of California, Irvine (ASUCI) voted Tuesday to remove all flags, including American flags, from an inclusive space on campus because of their offensive nature.
The bill, R50-70, was authored by Social Ecology Representative Matthew Guevara, and accuses all flags, especially, the American flag, of being “symbols of patriotism or weapons for nationalism.”
"[F]lags construct paradigms of conformity and sets [sic] homogenized standards for others to obtain which in this country typically are idolized as freedom, equality, and democracY."

The legislation argues that flags may be interpreted differently; the American flag, for example, can represent “American exceptionalism and superiority,” as well as oppression.

I watched an interview with an ICE Border Patrol guy a few days ago; he was asked how many U.S. citizens they caught
trying to escape to The Good Life in Mexico. Unsurprisingly, he said that no one had ever been apprehended trying to
sneak into Mexico anywhere along the border. From the information at my disposal, countries such as China and Columbia
are also being underwhelmed by the dearth of our citizens trying to smuggle themselves into those countries.

These damn kids need to spend some time in so-called Third World; they might just figure out why most of the poor and
oppressed peoples of the world are willing to die trying to get into this country ... although it would be a major shock to
their delicate little psyches to be forced to face the truth for a change.

the problem with that idea is if all those idiots actually listened to you the collage system would go bankrupt with no commie pinkos to attend. seems to me because of our society not encouraging young folks to work early that kids now days need collage just to get enough smarts to hold a job.
