I did not know all of this, and my bet is not many do understand how our information is being shared with the Government.
It is a huge cost to all of us to pay Banks to give our data to the Federal Government.
We should all be concerned by this government overreach.
 
:agree: and we are so far into this digital world with every transaction recorded it is so easy for each transaction to be monitored. And it's easier for us to use a card rather than cash. I do my best to use cash when out and about in my community. Shopping online i will use paypal rather than my card. But I doubt that helps much.
We are so far down this road I cannot see it changing.
 
I was just on Experian the other day. They have this tool that boosts credit scores. But it requires you to connect banking accounts...At first I was hesitant. No way I'm putting all my stuff out there.

But then I figured, there's no privacy anyway.

I prefer to use PayPal too. I offers that extra layer of protection.
