Why “Yes Men” Are Dangerous, and How to Easily Spot Them

This quick article hopes to explain why having “yes men” around you is a dangerous thing, and proposes one simple way you can know if you’re in fact surrounded by such individuals.

We see it every day.
We see it in politics.
I'm sure that Biden is getting spoon fed more than just his daily Pablum ... he has a group of people who feed him agenda from the far, far left.
And he can't hear anyone who might disagree with Pelosi, AOC, Bernie. Why can't he spend a half hour with Greg Gutfield.

We see it everywhere.

Does anyone have the guts to disagree with me?

It is because it is all men and it needs more women to make it even.
But actually that is not the whole problem.
But I can assure you some more women would even it out because they can have backbone and they are able to compromise when men get all stubborn, pig headed and create wars and mess.
Where women will lead with a more calmer and balanced approach and that is why women are smarter.
Not my fault...

A group of people that agree with the leadership wholeheartedly have no more chance at inspiration than the one person leading their group. Be they male or female. Innovation comes from the contribution of many ideas and the fruit of that conflict may well be an innovation the group leader would not have accomplished alone.

Sexism is not a component in the "Yes men" dilemma.

It's the sexism aimed at me by groups of people, I think both are men and women leaders are equal and have their place.
To say your slip is showing is kind of off the cuff to I will not take offence to that because honestly I do not mind you saying that. But some women might find it offensive considering the context of what I said.
I would have thought men would find an intelligent woman who could keep up to them in IQ to be appealing in terms of it is good there are smart women in the world.
Gosh I have trauma...hope it makes some sense.
I agree though it is a collaborative effort.
But it would be nice to see some more women leaders.
I think brainy women can get tired of using their brains but it is nice to have some knowledge a woman and be taken seriously in terms of IQ and brains and intellect.

Also I can understand how you found that offensive in terms of that is also labelling men as a certain thing, sorry.
It is just that a lot of leaders in this day and age are rotten and it would be nice to see more women.

Excuse me, but men do not have a monopoly on being rotten. Such is a personal trait acquired equally & possible in both sexes.
