This 40-year-old ruling that has given the Federal Government agencies the power to create new law through interpretation of Congressional law has been struck down!

This is a monumental change that will be to the detriment to the so-called deep state, that has boated the manpower and budgets of Federal agencies for decades.

The monumental consequences of the ruling are wide and far reaching. Definitely a step in the right direction. Viva La Trump! :cool:
