Racism and feminism is the reason Ketanji B Jackson was chosen.
No question this is true because the President said so.

To be questioned about that logic of her selection is hardly racist. It is exploratory to her legal credentials Ketanji answered a lot of questions she wasn't asked. Evading the answers that would possibly disqualify her as a legitimate choice for the position of Justice on the SCOTUS.

For example, "For what reason did you go below minimum statute limitations on sentencing...?"

Answer, "As a judge I have every legal power and right to do so."

The question was not judging her authority but her judgement in exercising that authority.
