SNOW TRAC ST4 Tires

HI all, looking for a tire and tube. Perhaps all four would make sense. This was the maiden voyage after rebuild of #2034. Wheel is off and needs new rubber. Is there a USA equivalent, or is this only a Swedish product? Thanks for any and all help, YES I am a new guy just learning the ropes.. Respond to this forum or feel free to call/text to 207-746-7777. The vehicle is in maine, and so USA rubber might be nice, but I will take any help to get me rolling again. THANKS!

Looking at 4.5 x 16 with tubes from Alpine Guide Tire.
Should I get them filled? Do I fill a tube or just the tire? Thanks for any advice, I am all ears, and not much inside yet but I am learning!

I was somewhat prepared, emotionally! But not prepared pneumatically

4 miles out, but hard snow, not powder so i did not have to use the snowshoes. I had cell coverage miraculously so I hailed the chase sled...

PS, are your tires foam filled or tubed? Can I trust a tube ever again? haha
