PORTLAND, Ore. — A violent Portland leftist activist who was federally charged in June over a knife attack on federal agents has been re-arrested and ordered held in jail after violating release conditions.

Julie Mikela Winters, formerly known as Christopher Hudson, was arrested June 24 during an Antifa riot outside the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) building in southwest Portland. Video showed Winters brandishing a long-bladed weapon at DHS agents guarding the facility before hurling it as a projectile toward one of them...

HE should have never been released in the first place, but of course HE was. Because Portlandia.

HIS lawyer doesn't want HIM returned to the halfway house, because - the horror! - HE

... was forced to be housed in “a communal area with a bunch of men despite identifying as a nonbinary woman.”...

It seems even the Portlandia diocese of the Holy Church Of Woke can't deny that HE is a 200 pound violent MAN; pretty much the epitome of the toxic masculinity the Church condemns as sinful.

Curiously, I can find no reporting about HIS re-arrest in the mainstream or legacy media.

In the liberal states the only rule of law seems to be federal law. And even then it it barely holding on by a thread.

Violent people remain violent in society and remain a danger to society, and especially civil society. Within their violent sub-culture there is a hierarchy based on some sort of anarchy of strength. That is not tolerated in civil society, or it is against the rules of civil society. Until the prosectors and judges stop enforcing/applying the laws. The police are stuck in a 'catch and release' system. Civil society fails under the scenario.

With any luck this antifa loser will remain in jail . . . this time . . . and be prosecuted . . . this time . . . and end up in federal prison for a long f***ing time.
