No, it has a fully enclosed utility body with two locking cabinets on the right. The tall and skinny fuel tank is on the left. Appropriately came from a rural electric utility company in Nebraska. So now I have a few extra cats needing new homes.

Ah yes. Looked as if it was a fuel tank that you could fill up, head north out of McCall and not need fuel until ...... ohhh, about Yellowknife.
