Mujibar was trying to get a job in India .

The Personnel Manager said, 'Mujibar,
You have passed all the tests, except one.
Unless you pass it , you cannot qualify for this job.'

Mujibar said, 'I am ready.'

The manager said,
'Make a sentence using the words
Yellow, Pink, and Green .'

Mujibar thought for a few minutes and said,
'Mister manager, I am ready.'

The manager said, 'Go ahead.'

Mujibar said,
'The telephone goes green, green,
And I pink it up, and say,
Yellow, this is Mujibar....'

Mujibar now works at a call centre.

No doubt you have spoken to him.
I know I have.

Like yesterday! I needed help with a newly purchased HP printer. HP chat service with the guy finally went to the telephone. That was a mistake. Not only could I not understand him, he didn't know how to help with setup of a simple HP printer. It went so bad his supervisor came on the line. She couldn't speak english any better. I finally went to a US based users forum and got the help from Users Like Me!

Yep. Me too. I just cringe at the thought of calling any form of customer service. Nine out of tens times after navigating through a long menu of automated responses, I finally talk to a mujibar who says "Haylo. Dis is mujibar speakink. Tenq for callink (insert any company name here). How mayi hallup you?"

Try swearing loudly at the phone on the first prompt to select a number. The system usually redirects right away. probabkly to a foreigner, but at least you wont have to waste a bunch of time pressing buttons.

Had 2 calls today asking if I purchased something, I couldn't tell what, thru amazon for $799. Both times I punched #1 to talk to someone. When they came on I yelled " G-ddammit, quit trying to scam me". They immediately hung up both times.

I had a positive experience yesterday with an offshore call center. I called my satellite TV service and talked to a very smart young lady. She was in the Philippines and spoke English without a noticeable accent. We chatted while my sat box was restarting. She is native to the region and English is not her first language. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
