This looks pretty interesting. The company is in England, seems to be pitching this as a military semi-permenant shelter, but it seems to me it would make a great tornado shelter for homeowners since it can be covered with dirt.
Looks like you could even set it on a slab for a better floor. But its very clear that you can bury it leaving only the doors exposed.
