Heck, I was ready before they ever filmed that. We are equipped with enough food to go a long time.
 
Everyone should have at minimum several days worth of everything you could need. Food, fuel, ammo, water, heat... Once you have several days, work on several weeks.
Many items have quietly but steadily increased in price lately. Many foods and cotton products are up about 50% so far for the year.
 
That is what gardens and free T shirts are for! I am in better shape than ever and just need to go get kero but it has been raining all day. I do need to work on some additional long term gasoline storage instead of relying on 5 gallon jugs.
 
I keep thinking I'm pretty prepared but then find something...

I'm set on fuel but could use a better pump.
