Anyone have experience with this one?
I'm looking at new GMC 1500's and noticed this one that's new to me. My first inclination is to go with the 6.2 V8 but thought I would ask about the diesel since the cost is about the same.
 
Don't know anything about the duramax. A friend said he asked about the diesel in the 1/2 ton ram and salesman told him that is fuel mileage engine not a towing engine. Might be good ask the same of your GM salesman.
