Thanksvery pretty.
I have registered some cats over the years, it makes it easier to get insurance and a lot cheaper. The frustrating part is it changes with every different person you deal with, yesterday I had an insurance agent tell me I needed the import permit from 1963 when it was brought in by Canadian national railway, I laughed. I will try again today, we’ll seeAre you actually required to register a private snow cat?
Can you simply call it an agricultural vehicle and put a "SMV" triangle on the back?
I was NOT required to register mine when I imported it from England.
I simply filled out the import papers as a snow "tractor" and called it 'agricultural equipment.' I put a "slow moving vehicle" triangle on it. Drove it on the (snow covered) roads without any issue from public or police. Being an 'Agricultural tractor' with a "SMV" triangle, it was treated as a curiosity. People, including police, wanted photos with it, but nobody 'questioned' the Snow Trac.View attachment 199303
