Honestly I could see me doing this.

I was driving a rental car and returning it to the rental shop at London's Heathrow airport. I had a GPS unit, failing to correctly direct me, to the return lot. Quite literally drove around the entire airport 3 or 4 times before I found a "HERTZ" transport bus. At that point I ignored the GPS and just followed the bus to the rental return lot.
