Do Democrats face a catastrophic loss of power in the next 5 years?

Democrats just had 4 years of severely impaired president who failed at every aspect of government. HIs VP appointed not voted on ran the worst campaign in my lifetime. Approvals are at an all time low. Over 2 million democrats have switched parties. The radical socialist have taken control.
Redistricting will cost them 6 seats in the house. They care more about criminals and illegals then citizens. The optics are terrible. Hate speech and violence has increased from their side.
The 2030 census will show millions have left democrat states and moved to GOP states. They will lose at least 12 seats in the house and the GOP gains them. They have no solutions only opposition. Are they in a death spiral? Can they reverse their fall?
