Cost for concrete work?

Have a project at my warehouse.
Two new garage doors. One 12 wide. One 18 wide. Want to pour 6" thick, wire screen reinforced aprons outside leading to the doors. I figure it's about 11 yards.
The contractor would have to remove the soil, remove about 36 Sq ft of existing apron, supply all the materials and labor to complete the project, and remove and dispose of what was dug up.
Any idea what I should be paying for this?

It has been a while since I did this stuff.
I'm guessing
Assuming standard 8 foot high, $3K and $5K for the two doors depending on how sturdy and insulated you need.
$12K for the concrete work.
