From what I'm picking up, it's from the Russian rebel group.
They posted to their equivalent of Facebook that they shot down an Antanov troop carrier plane. Once they found out it was commercial, they pulled their posts about this as well as them having shot down an Antanov last month (which they did) and having the capability to shoot planes at that height.
