Hi all

My CAT 323D revs does not increase from 5 up to 10.
I can hear the revs go up from 1 to 5, buy 6 to 10 stays the same.
If I would to move the boom up quickly, the machine wast to die.

  1. Check Engine Oil Level: Low engine oil can trigger the low engine oil pressure warning. Verify that the engine oil level is correct and that there are no oil leaks.
  2. Inspect Hydraulic Pump: A malfunctioning hydraulic pump can result in insufficient pressure for the hydraulic system. Have the pump inspected and serviced if needed.
  3. Diagnostic Scan: Use diagnostic equipment or software (like Caterpillar's CAT ET) to check for error codes or issues in the machine's electronic control systems. This can help pinpoint the specific problem.
