Came across a blast from the past today

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. It is about old Western stars both movie and TV.

I enjoyed it at least as much as you did Joe, maybe even a little bit more as I still enjoy a lot of those kinds of shows and movies regularly on retro tv and a few other local channels we get recently.

Brings back a lot of good memorys seeing it all in one short vid though, good find thanks for posting. :tiphat:

Yes I get AMC and Starz Western channel but their are also a few others. Right now Starz is running the original gun smoke (black and white, 30 minute shows with Chester) about 5 to 10 years of them. They are also running Raw Hide, Paladin, Wagon Train and Laredo. I watch them every day starting about 2 PM that is when I can. Always been a fan of the western format.

I was surprised what Steve McQueen died of personally as I heard it was cancer little else at the time.

As for the rest yes I was some what surprised by how young some where when they died as well as how old others made it too. I did see Harry Morgan was show as still alive when he recently died in 2011. So evidently this is a bit out of date.
