does any one know if an SW 42 is 6 inches narrower then SW48 if so is it just the tracks or the whole machine i.e cab and frame can you convert it to a 48" width?

I don’t know if he miss labeled it but I thought that Bombardier SW came in 42,48,52 but I know very little that’s why I was asking
