Black Panthers want to arm every black man!

Let's get this out of the way up front so we can move on: The New Black Panther Party is a racist group whose leaders
have advocated open war against 'Whitey'. That makes me as nervous as the White Power groups that want to eliminate all
those whose melanin concentration is greater than theirs. Both are dangerous zealots. Now, on to the OP.

The motives of the NBPP are suspicious, due to their oft stated views. However, I must say I was favorably impressed by
the spokesman's statement that they should take over the patrolling of their own neighborhoods; this strikes me as an
imminently reasonable idea. A black "Darrel Wilson" shooting a Mike Brown is much less likely to cause rioting
and months of fallacious memes.

It all comes down to the word responsible: those who are should be armed. It's too bad there is no infallible way to
determine who actually qualifies, but skin color is no more reliable for that than age, gender, or political affiliation.

Indeed. No one is challenging that position. We remain curious, tho, as to the impact to any specific segment of society if the Black Panthers would arm each and every black man. The Panthers are proposing to do this for some reason.

I think that not EVERY black man wants a gun, and those who salivate to have a "piece," would end up dead or in jail if you gave them one. But the more I think about it, perhaps this is a good way to cleanse the gene pool of punks and gang-bangers. Hmmmmm... Maybe this concept has some merit after all.
