both parents and an older sister are alive and therefore may meet Gen X-Lax.
And I have a younger brother and even younger wife both born in the 70's, so they are DEFINITELY Gen X-ers.
While I do not consider myself a gen X, I eat plenty of fiber and therefore am plenty regular, so I don't meet the criteria for gen x-lax, either.
