Why not get some adapters so you can just replace the teeth? Slipon teeth will probably last longer too.

I think about that option too but then I need make bucket stronger... Other way is add monoblock teeth, those you add on bucket by bolts. .
The teeth you added, are they of a hard alloy of steel? What welding rod were you using? Was it a 7018 welding rod?
I hope your boom repairs are strong. I am thinking your bucket will hold more, weigh more, and with the length of the teeth, create more stress on the boom.

If you are using grader blades as your steel source it will be hard to get welds that don't end up cracking. That type of steel is high in carbon and not easily welded. One trick to try is heating the steel with a torch to a high temp as you weld. I'm not sure what 48 rod is but I use 7018 for just about everything.
