This snow trac is the one I use to pull a drag or sled when I am hauling drums of fuel.It is a trac-master with a toyota motor, lots of power and is geared slow.

I put the Toyota motor in the trac rig, needed more power to pull stuff and the heater is real nice on real cold days!

Larry,
How many do you own? Obviously you have at least 1 Track Master ST4B and 1 Snow Trac ST4.

What type of transmission is in the Toyota/Track Master? You said it is geared low, but did you also put in a high gear to bump up the speed any?

Also, and this may sound sort of stupid, but given all the modifications that can be done to the VW engines to boost their power, did you consider modifying the VW engine to increase its horsepower?

Hi Bob, I think I own four of them, but my wife says I only have three of them, she claims to own one of them and she even had the gall to name it[little guy] of all things! But any way I just like toyota motors. it seems to work fine with the vw trany, I don,t need higher gears I just use it for pulling stuff. I like haveing heat in the cab when it gets real cold up here!more pic later.
