Description: The Hatteras 32 Flybridge enjoyed a loyal following in her day thanks to her solid construction and the quality touches one expected in a Hatteras product of the early 1980s. The hull is a Jim Wynne design with a wide 12-foot beam, propeller pockets, and an aggressive 18 degrees of transom deadrise. The hullsides are balsa cored from the waterline up, and the well-flared bow of the Hatteras 32 helps keep the decks dry when seas pick up. The cockpit is huge for a boat this size, and engine boxes provide a convenient seating perch for watching the baits. Below, the step-down cabin includes a forward V-berth, convertible dinette, standup head with shower, and a full-service galley with sink, refrigerator and stove. A bow pulpit was standard.
