I edited the title of your thread to make it more specific and visible for searches.

I can't help with Tucker parts, but would be interested in seeing your restoration photos.

I am "in process" of making new rollers........ but I have no idea when I can start shipping. I have my boss building the flanges and I have seven dozen axles that are ready for heat-treat.

Look around, find sources..... I'll post when I start assembling the ones I'm making. I'm hoping to get these out before snowfall... but I can't promise anything.

I can't be the only ones who makes these.

I don't know where you are but we used Solar Atmospheres for heat treating and nitride coating some of our printing cylinders adaptors.

FWIW, I have evaluated many rollers over the years. YES you are the only one making rollers that exceed OEM.

Yes there are some folks making rollers,
out of plastic, including square sliders.
out of hardened shells with pressed in bearings and large bushings. ( on custom axles)
out of new soft shells and hardened axles that are non greasable.

I was advised last week of new rollers available at the east coast Track inc. I was holding one of your 3/4" rollers putting it together and taking it apart to the amusement of operators. and even a president of Domestic snow cat company. This company is know to produce snow cats in Blue and orange and even Green by request for the military.

Im not sure what the tariff is for northern lower exports, but ........ 8-)

I mean... for a small fee of a few rollers, I would be willing to make a trip for the purpose of roller distribution... and if they happened to be used when I bought them, then there wouldn't be taxes, let alone tariffs...

right on, I was just being sassy, but yes the rollers are very nice and super perfect.
