Armstrong County PA, no permits for enclosed building less than 1000sqft. Lean-to is open so no permits. I’m going to confess, the garagemahall, designed by our beloved Big Al, is approximately 2600 sqft and I did it permit less. Our county agents are a forgiving bunch until you put the doors on. No fines but my taxes took a hit immediately
