Zap Car

I saw one of these today, and, according to Mrs. Bonehead, there are two of these on our island. After researching it on the Zap website, I realized that for our purposes it would be a great errand car. Most of our errand-type trips are less that 15 miles and at speeds of 40 mph or less. Any of you ever see one of these?

Bone - the zebra motif is a little gay for this audience.

Try this one, the payload is only 500 lbs (half a loader bucket of the average CUT) but it is much "cooler".

The sedan is cool but the color offerings are gay. My wife would never let me stick our kids in one though.

Yes, my partner and I were offered the U.S. franchise for these vehicles a few years ago. He was really excited about it (he lives in California) and I thought they were worthless. To the best of my knowledge they never have really taken off.

Hey PB- you mentioned "gay" two times in your post. I believe they say that homophobes are really closet gays. I know that in Cityboy's case, democratophobes are really closet liberals!
