Anyone got this??? does it warrant paying for or is it hyped up mindless shit??

We have the PS3 online and free i like but just curious if the 360 is worth taking online as we just got one for the kinect gizmo lark.
 
My son has it and I guess the enjoyment of it is playing with other players to overcome the objectives.
