WTB -> Bombardier SW-48 wide tracks

I own a Bombardier SW-48 and I am looking to widen the footpath of my machine. What would work perfectly is a set a tracks from a BR110. I would like to add 12" to the existing 14", but only per side. Project! I am located Up State NY. Let me know what you have! Thanks.
