These are the types of problems that send chills up my spine. If any of you have ever dealt with EPA and toxic materials, you know what I mean.

Yea, I'll say...
I made a few written and mental notes as I consider what could be in the bunker I'm looking at. The place is pretty clean and it appears that when it was retired, anything toxic was removed (including the floor tile as it probably contained asbestos), I think I want some independent reviews.
