Tucker Valuation

Can anybody help me determine the value of this Tucker?

Option A: It runs and drives great

Option B: It doesn't run or barely runs but is repairable with little investment

Option C: Parts rig

This is not for sale that I know of. It is close enough that I could locate the owner and see if he is willing to sell it. I just hate to see it sit here year after year and rust away.

Yo couchloafer!

Feel like you're working in a zoo and the monkeys are throwing poop around?

Okay, here's a total amateur guess at what this thing is worth in your several scenarios. I haven't bought any Tuckers so I'm taking some serious wild guesses.

Option A: It runs and drives great
$8,000

Option B: It doesn't run or barely runs but is repairable with little investment
$3,500

Option C: Parts rig
$1,500

Maybe Boggie already bought it, but he'd know. So would Bill Guthrie, but I don't see him talking too much here on the forums.

couchloafer, after taking a further look at these photos I'd downgrade my previous estimate. Here's where I am now:

Option A: It runs and drives great
$5,000

Option B: It doesn't run or barely runs but is repairable with little investment
$3,000

Option C: Parts rig
$1,500
