shes pretty rough but if your REALLY motivated it could be restored. the pontoons in the photos are rough as well. i would call one set junk and the other set needs some repairs and is not original to the machine. the drive train is all there.....the dash is there....the data plate is there(1949)......there are no track parts......there are three drive spools but not original to the machine as they are slightly bigger than the originals (i may have the old ones but they are not usable for anything but patterns)....there is a set of skis but only good for patterns...the frame has been cut and rewelded but can be repaired. im only asking a couple hundred for everything there but would like to see it gone within a couple weeks. thanks dave

its seems as though groomerguy's wishes come true! looks as though weatherby is going to purchase the torpedo! im glad to see it go to someone willing to take the time to restore and preserve this piece of snowcat history! should make for some great reading here in the future! dave
