Some Shark RV750 Line Of Robot Vacuum Models Will Not Automatically Return To The Charging Dock

I could be wrong, but based on my experience, it seemed that only the Shark RV750N robot vacuums will return to the charging dock by either depressing the 'Dock;' button, or allowing the Shark RV750N robot vacuum to return to the charging dock on its own after its battery is nearly discharged.

In the case of the Shark RV750 robot vacuum that I have, it has an oddball motherboard which I couldn't locate anywhere on eBay. Anyways, this Shark RV750 robot vacuum will not return to the charging dock at all. I tried to reset the Shark RV750 robot vacuum, but that did not fix the problem.

I also have a Shark RV750 R01US robot vacuum, and it will not return to the charging dock either. In fact, after I had replaced its motherboard, the Shark RV750 R01US robot vacuum would still not return to the charging dock.

According to a Shark customer service representative, the charging docks for all of the Shark RV750 line of robot vacuums are identical, but I have my doubts. As far as I can tell, the charging docks are somewhat different for each particular model. I mean, those charging docks must operate at a different frequency. Any thoughts and/or suggestions would be appreciated.
