Brought home from the Father in law's farm in the spring , just for the cool factor and the wife can us it in her garden. Early seventies Sears ss15 with a briggs , with attachments , disc ,plow , sickle mower , snow blower, and back blade . Ended up replacing the carb and switching to electronic ignition , tranny was stuck in gear ,total rewire, rebuilt the Gen /starter , drive belt ,idler and fuel tank replaced. A small project , done for now , maybe paint next year.

I bought a '74 Sears SS16 last year. Alot of steel, not stamped and needs alot of work. Plan on a 20-22hp and using it for snowblowing around the cabin. Manure spreading. Maybe even build a cab for it. My grandmother had one just like it so brings back a few memories.

Ended up putting an 18 HP on the old garden tractor.
We've used this 51 yo tractor all summer dragging firewood, trailers, grandkids all over.
Amazing how much it gets used and handles alot of mediocre task so the larger Kubota doesn't have to!

Buddy of mine CC collection

I mowed a lot of grass with one of those in my childhood years. Ours had the mower deck with 3 blades and a 12hp engine on it.
