Imp 1404 Door Handle

Hi, This is an orange door handle from a 1967 Imp 1404. The handle is 5 milimeters by 5 milimeters square, the second picture is a garage door replacement handle. Somehow I mis-placed the inside door handle from my 1404. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement 5 mm by 5 mm square handle?

If your in the USA. About every hardware store should have something to adapt. Search 1/4 square shank door handle
