Ryan (Currerator of the Battle Ship New Jersey) goes over the status of the powder for the 16" guns on the Iowa Class Battle ships ans if they got reactivated what they might use. All the original powder was treated with ether and it degraded over the years and all was disposed of in 2012 when Iowa was taken out of reserve status.
