Are there any decent digital thermometer/hygrometers under $40-60?

I can't count how many I've bought in the last couple years. They all sucked.
The ThermPro is the only one that's actually kind of worked but they're now $25. A couple years back, they were $6.
I just want to know inside/outside temp and humidity.
