Anti-freeze question

It is time to change anti freeze in my Kubota since I will be installing a heater. What is the current thinking on brands, types, water etc. My 1926 Buick used alcohol and the Corvair is air cooled. :D

Is that AMSOIL stuff any good? I always see it for sale out of guys garages that look like you could also buy three lbs of racoon sausage and a pint of white lightning at the same time.
