She is spot on. When i find unknowning people in conversation. i direct them to google earth imagining. Pryor oklahoma is a very old data center. The community had a vacant gatorade distribution facility. A power plant. Rail line and gas lines all under utilized. Zoom in on the large white roof on the south side of town. Google lets you see all of the onsite piston driven power generation. Once people get their head around what they see there. I show them a tn or ny facility that are actually big. Pryor is tiny.

My $.02 you didnt ask for? AI will continue to grow unchecked until the consumer realizes its just *apparent computing* we are allowing. The consumer pays for the swirling cloud of bits and bytes.
At some point people will realize the computer owns them instead of the other way around.
