Wholeheartedly agree. Hamas attacked innocent civilians on Oct 7th, killed them in horrific ways, and then took many hostages to use as leverage. The Hamas leaders clearly planned to sit in Doha forever, or in some other "neutral" city, wasting time by pretending to deliberate on a deal to release the hostages. Those hostages have been in captivity, suffering much like the Jews did in Nazi concentration camps, for almost TWO YEARS! Hamas "deliberations" and "negotiations" are clearly a rouse to buy time, with the hope that political opinion will eventually turn enough against Israel to use that as further leverage for concessions. SCREW THAT! Israel should put every Hamas leader on notice, everywhere in the world: Time is up! You release the hostages NOW, or you die, no matter where you are, and the U.S. should back up Israel on that stance. This has gone on way too long. Hamas is never going to release those hostages unless they must as the only way to have an inkling of a chance to save their sorry hides. If these were American hostages, we would not be wasting time with "negotiations" with the terrorist leaders who sit in fancy hotels. RELEASE THEM NOW OR DIE!
