I have been hosting this cat for the Boys Scouts for the past three winters. It has a Cummins Deisel that runs very well. Needs a good man to keep it up. The Scouts would like to sell it along with the truck and trailer. You can PM me with questions.
SnowCat for Sale – come to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and drive it home - $25,000 for all three items of equipment
Most recently used for Jackson, Wyoming Boy Scouts for winter camping outings on private ranch land and a distant BLM site. Boy Scouts are selling this because of regrettable lack of cooperation and access from local National Forest and National Park to winter trails – Forest Service says no oversnow vehicles wider than 51” permitted on trails used by snowmachines; this cat is ~96” wide. I have hosted it for the Boy Scouts for the past three years at ranch property, kept it maintained, in service and in regular use. Typical Boy Scout trips at two outings per winter; average engine-on time 50 hours per winter. Upgrades as described below made it a good resource for the Scouts.
1974 Thiokol Sprite 10-Man Cab (est. $15,000)
