Over 110F here today. Broke into a sweat just bringing the empty garbage can up the driveway.
It's been running a 100°+ for about a month now. Today was 107°. I worked outside this afternoon for about 3 hours. That was enough. I'm getting too old for this crap but stuff needs to be done. It's supposed to stay like this for another week and then drop into the high 90s for a few days.
Yesterday was over 100 F.

That's hotter than a fresh-phuqued fox in a forest fire!
It got a little toastier than predicted. I have 2 thermometers. One is a digital and one is an old fashioned one with a needle that points to the numbers. At 3 this afternoon they agreed that it was 110. Yep, the foxes were having a ball!!!!!

Heck, down here we call that a cool front!!!
97 today and tomorrow, then the big cool down to the low 80's high 70's and with low humidity, those are nice days. I would say summer is going to be over here. Now it will be nice till next July. On the mountain it will be in the 50's next week and snow in a couple months.
We have been cooler this summer than average.
Its only early September and already we are dropping to almost freezing at night, and daytime highs of 16 to 20 C.
I wanted to wait for my hay to get much taller before doing the 2nd cut, but it looks like I'm going to have to cut it earlier than planned due to the low temps.

Currently at 82 with a projected high of 92. It's still warm, but a little better the 100+ days we had. Maybe we'll get lucky and have a cold winter here.
Last weekend, we were all down at the lake tubing and boating to beat the heat. This weekend, I was reaching for a thicker jacket. Fall is here.

And.....just like that we have frost in the morning. It's supposed to warm up to 19 Celsius today. These extreme temperature changes are a killer on my back. I was in a store yesterday and my lower back flared up immediately killing the feeling to both lower legs. All a result of the accident I was in in 2015. Permanent muscle and nerve damage that doesn't like changes in barometric pressure.
Sunny. 13 Celsius but going to 24 later today. Calling for a thunderstorm later.
