High temp today 61 degs. I've been hearing thunder for about an hour now. The sky to the south is really black and the wind is coming up. I decided to come down to the house early. The horses are scared of the thunder and are running around. Think I'll take the rest of the day off.

We've been having thunder for about an hour now. It really turned dark a few minutes ago and now it's raining.

We didn't get much rain out of this storm, just a lot of thunder and lightning. High today was 56 degs. Built a fire in the wood stove last night, probably have one tonight too.

We got nearly 2" of rain out of the little but potent pop up storms yesterday! Too much rain lately, the ground is saturated. Takes nothing for the creeks to get up and flood the back roads! Hopefully no rain today!! 90's!!

We're on our 12th day in a row of Paladin's rain and I think the ground is getting saturated.
After only .65" of rain, we have puddles in the yard.

Sitting outside with one of the dogs, drinking coffee, temp is just about 60(F) degrees. Supposed to hit 80 later today. Mostly clear skies. Nights are cool, low to mid-50's lately but days running up as high as 85.
