What are you doing today, II

I had my cardio work up this morning. I saw a lot of red areas on the monitor. I have a feeling that may not be good!
Have a CT on the 12th and get all results on the 15th. Looking forward to seeing how God will use this adventure!

Good luck, when through all of that sort of testing earlier this year. Ended up with an angiogram and then complications from that. Put me on light duty for 5 weeks but also found out that, while I have plaque build up, it is relatively small in most areas and roughly 23% blockage in the "widow maker" artery in my heart. 23% is still considered minor and treatable with medications. I hope your's ends up to be mostly minor too, and you don't have any complications. Without complications I'd have been on light duty for about 7 days.

AM bus run putz around in the yard trimming, off to have back right side ablation back from that local pain but no pain in my leg we'll see tomorrow morning how it is, left side is scheduled for the 23rd i almost cant wait. I'm relaxing the rest of the day!

The new truck arrived today by car hauler. I had to drive to the city to pick it up at lunch time. As I pulled in the driveway, my Amazon order arrived right behind me containing chrome door handle caps and mirror caps arrived. I washed the truck as it was dirty from road grime then installed them.
I'm happy to see that it does have a tailgate step that pulls out like the f150 but was surprised that it doesn't have remote start. We'll have to remedy that before winter.

Actually got to do "night pool' for the first time this year! Great meteor shower tonight!! Bear (my German Shepherd) went to bed by himself tonight...for the first time! He's four years old. Our Doberman would go by herself when she was ready.
"night pool" was code for my wife and I we were younger that was Before Children was clothing optional living in the stix.

I have a day off 🥳😃! We mowed what needed mowing yesterday evening, so that's a biggie off the list. Doing some cleaning here and laundry this morning. I'll take Bear for a little ride around the immediate back roads, I'm curious how the tornado clean up is going, it's been 5 weeks now! I desperately need to clean the inside of my truck. Bacon and a nap are happening at some point!!

What's this thing you call a day off?

A friend came over yesterday and using his backhoe, moved about 30 tons of dirt/silt for me.
While he was wrapping up, I pulled out the pressure washer so we could clean his tractor (it was muddy).
Left the pressure washer all connected so today, I'm cleaning out garbage cans, doing all the lawn furniture, pulling out all the doorway runner carpets and doing those. I'll keep washing until I can't find anything else to wash.

I was awake at 3am driving my wife to the airport to catch a flight. Came home. Back to bed for a couple hours.

I went to the city this morning to pick up a set of used tires for the old grand am. I started installing the tonneau cover I had on the new truck. It's going to fit. Discovered that the puck brackets on the fifth wheel hitch I bought are for a gmc. I can change just the legs on it and make it work. I ordered a set set of those for 1600. A new hitch is 3k. I'm still ahead. I installed a set of towing mudflaps on the truck as well.

Tonight is the weekly dirt track races. I'll be there pitting for my brother.

First day off from school runs had to do fasting blood test I went to the bathroom just before I checked in got blood drawn SURPRISE we need urine sample  I told the girl it wasn't going to happen then she said come back any time so I went for breakfast unplanned stop 3 cups of coffee one glass of water during breakfast of bacon and cheese omelet, home fries, toast, and SCRAPPLE MMMM GOOD!
I drove back to lab sat in my truck reading a book on my phone for an hour had another bottle of water waited a little longer and I passed that test with flying colors:D
I got back home tried weed eating down by the crick brush just twisted up strings gave up on that and got push mower and started cutting pushing down to the water got about 20 feet done and couldn't breathe, I'm allergic to cut grass I know but no one else will do took 2 benadryl well see how I'm in a couple hours (I really need to get that sickle bar for my loader)
resting watching YOUTUBE.

I have physiotherapy for my back and leg this morning along with a couple of other stops then coming home to get the boat ready to haul out to camp tomorrow morning. We're heading out for the weekend to do some camp clean up to get it listed for sale. Head out on the lake one last time as after we sell, I highly doubt we'll be out that way again with the boat.

Getting ready for a road trip a few hours north of here. Got everything watered and packed for the trip. Last thing we need to do is move the horses out on to the range ground. They'll be around when we get home. We'll drop the dog off at the kennel and the wife's Jeep at the mechanic shop.

Looks like I'm going to pick up a handgun from the estate of a diseased friend. It's apparently loaded. None of the family members knows how to unload it. It will end up in my safe until they can arrange a proper shipment to an heir of their choosing.

In the mean time, I'm working on the flagstone pathway this morning and then late afternoon & evening I will be teaching Youth Epee and Beginning Saber classes at the fencing club.

I drove to the city for an appointment and a bunch of running around. Came home and got to work installing the ford factory tonneau cover I had sitting in the garage for 5 years. It was for the previous model f250. The rails fit perfectly but the end bar nearest to the cab that mounts solid was 1/2" too wide. I just trimmed a bit off both sides with a hacksaw and it slid right into place. We're headed to camp in the am to start cleaning up some things and do some boating / fishing. The cover will come in handy
